charmed by the stay
high qualityconvenient shuttledark lighting
i found the breakfast of great quality. a staff member was helpful and provided lots of useful information about the town. the hotel's shuttle service. i found that the amenities are amazing.
i experienced dark lighting in the room at night. made it difficult to see things.

the room included a minibar with free drinks. there was a robes in the closet. the room included modern decor and offered a comfortable area to relax, perfect after a day outdoors.

the breakfast buffet included a large assortment of breads and pastries. i found fresh fruit available daily. eggs were cooked perfectly and the staff was always attentive with refills of coffee.

the staff offered help with arranging transportation. i noticed that the front desk was staffed 24/7. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the train station, this made arrival and departure easy.

the hotel had a modern gym with treadmills. i saw the spa included a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. parking was located underground, convenient for protecting our vehicle from the elements.

i stayed in the luxury room and it was spacious there was also a nice balcony i had a free mini bar included this was a great bonus to my stay.
the lighting in the rooms was not sufficient i found it difficult to get ready in the morning additional pillows would be useful since the pillows were soft.

the breakfast buffet provided a high-quality selection and was consistently warm.
I encountered several issues with the reception staff and shuttle service. Specifically, the shuttle broke down without proactive communication from the hotel, which caused me to miss ski lessons (this was a considerable inconvenience).
